Dr. Marilyn Parkin is currently on sabbatical from doing Intuitive Assessment reports while she works on an innovative research project.  Her focuses are directed towards lecturing at her innovative Workshops, and teaching through her newly founded College of Medical Intuition.  Dr. Parkin is working towards training well-qualified Medical Intuitives to meet the very large demand for their services.  Her students are now offering "student intuitive" reports as part of the training program.

Medical Intuitives

The College of Medical Intuition (CMI) is offering Student Medical Intuitive Evaluations as part of the student practicum policy.  The students have successfully acquired a level of accuracy that permits them to do Intuitive Evaluations for the general public.

The Student Medical Intuitives are still in compliance with the CMI program and will graduate in June 2006 with a diploma in the field of Medical Intuition.  All students are qualified by CMI and present within the ethical guidelines established through CMI, which includes active malpractice insurance coverage.

Students will be identified by name and city location for the client to select whom they would like to do their evaluation.  A pre-set case-study fee has been established at CAD$75.00.  Tax such as GST is not charged due to educational policy of a case study during a practicum period.

The Student Medical Intuitive Evaluations will consist of the same format that will be used upon graduation.  A written report of approximately 5-7 pages will be sent by email for those with computer access, and mailed for those without, to the client in a timely manner after name and age have been exchanged through this website or the office.  Students of CMI are trained to do an Intuitive Assessment through remote viewing.  Intuition as a toll is used to access energetic information from the physical body.  Please review the FAQ section for a more detailed explanation.

A follow-up telephone conversation between the student and client to further discuss your situation and help you understand the content of the written report will complete the Intuitive Assessment.

Areas covered in the Student Medical Intuitive Evaluation

• Energy Balance - Energy balance is the relationship of the mind/body connection.  It is how the mind relates to the body and how well we understand this information.  We recognize that the mind sends out neurological messages to the body, but it is important to learn to interpret, and pay attention to the messages the body sends back to the mind.  This results in a relationship that helps create balance within your energy.  For example, if you were to experience discomfort in a particular area of the body, such as a backache every time you go to work, but the discomfort disappears when you leave the work environment, the body is trying to get your attention to alert you of a situation that your mind needs to recognize.  This situation would be in your work environment.  Therefore, you would need to look at the overall situation, re-evaluate and make change in your life.  This is an example of the body sending back a physical message to the mind.  The body functions much better when balance is present.  Evaluation will be on a scale of 1-10 with a 0 rating representing balanced energy.
   
• Energy Blocks - This is a reflection in the energy body of what is malfunctioning in the physical body.  It is an interpretation of the mind/body connection and how our thoughts affect our body.  In my experience, I have found that we all possess some level of congested energy in the body.  I evaluate this level on degrees of severity ranging from mild, moderate, severe, and very severe.  These levels indicate how well we are processing the information we have into our everyday activities.  It is an indication of how much of your energy is centered in present time and how much is being focused on other things out in your external world.  If our focus of energy is on everyone else instead of ourselves, the body rebels and responds, interrupting the natural flow of energy.  This is then termed as congested energy in the body.  The level of congestion that we have in our body indicates our ability to consciously move ahead on our life path.
   
• Emotional Blocks - These are areas of congestion in the energy body caused by holding on to emotions rather than working through them and allowing clearing and understanding of events in your experiences to take place.  This may be on a conscious level that one is aware of, or held on a deep subconscious level that we do not have awareness of how it is affecting our body.  Blocked emotions can arise from traumas experienced during this lifetime or a previous one.  Often, just bringing these issues to a conscious level of the individual is a great help in the healing process.
   
• Energy Intake Assessment (Chakras) - Ideally, the body is designed to have positive energy flow through it.  The body allows this process through avenues such as positive thinking.  Other areas of intake are the seven main energy intake portals that the body has designed to allow energy to circulate throughout our physical system.  These areas should all be opened and fully functioning.  Evaluation will indicate which chakras are opened or closed and the effects this has on your body and well-being.  Suggestions will be offered of how to improve your energy function based on the information obtained from the Energy Intake Assessment.
   
• Recommendations - This can be anything from having a check up by a Medical Doctor, Chiropractor or an Energy Therapist.  Recommendations can be made toward personal or psychological evaluation through a qualified individual.  There are also beneficial recommendations including nutritional advice or a life-style change.  Whatever is considered to be of value toward well-being will be offered in this section.

Process

• Select a practitioner from the Practitioners List by clicking on the 'Register' button (below).
   
• Fill out the form and enter your date of birth (or age) in the "Company" field.
   
• Submit credit card information or contact us for payment by cheque or money order.
   
• The written report will be emailed to you for your review.
   
• Once you have read the report and made notes, please contact your practitioner to schedule an appointment to discuss the report in detail.  Often more information surfaces during this process.
   
• Recommendations and treatment will be determined, often placing the client back into the medical system for treatment that focuses on the origin of why the body is feeling the way it does.  Symptoms tend to be an end result of the body's messaging system.

I am very proud of my students and feel they are well qualified to present a Student Medical Intuitive Evaluation.  They are presently in their final semester 5 of a 4-semester program and have successfully maintained the CMI high-level requirement of accuracy and competency.

On a personal level, it is with great admiration, I share the experience of walking with my students as we break new ground in the field of Medical Intuition and acknowledge them for having the courage to follow their hearts!
