Tricia Felber Tricia Felber is a practicing Medical Intuitive who resides in Calgary AB, where she has been working in the energy field since 2004.  She has helped facilitate many of her clients in establishing a better mind body connection through her informative intuitive evaluations. Tricia is currently enrolled in the teaching practicum at the College of Medical Intuition.  She also travels in Canada and the United States lecturing and bringing awareness to the general public about Medical Intuition.  It is her goal to integrate with the existing medical model and work along side the medical community in assisting to empower the individual towards their own health and wellness. Tricia specializes in working with her clients in locating and understanding how their emotions affect their bodies.  She is a firm believer that emotions may be linked to illness.  When clients make the connection that their emotions affect their well being they then can take control of their own healing process. My Story I presently reside in Calgary, Alberta with my wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters.  I began energy work in 2004 by what I used to believe was "a coincident."  I now have come to learn that there are no such things as coincidences and everything happens for a reason.  I was talking with a co-worker and she was telling me that she was going to be attending a Reiki class.  Something inside me stirred and before I knew what I was saying that I wanted to also take Reiki.  I attended a level one Reiki course and was so amazed at how I could feel energy by running my hands through a person's energy field which is a reflection of the physical body.  I completed my Master in Reiki and with each attunement I became more and more sensitive to energy.  I started practicing on friends and family in my home a couple nights a week.  The next thing I knew their friends and family were calling me to schedule a Reiki session. I set up a Reiki practice in the early part of 2005.  After several months of practicing with clients on a regular basis I started sensing something new.  It felt as though my client's bodies began to "communicate" energetically with me.  During a Reiki session I was detecting energetic congestion within their organs.  Not only was I detecting energetic congestion within their body, but I was receiving emotional information as well.  Surprised by my new found experience and not knowing what to do with it, I began searching for other people who could advice me. I discovered that there was a program at The College of Medical Intuition that trained people in the field of Medical Intuition.  I applied and was accepted in the program in September of 2005 to study with Dr. Marilyn Parkin who is a well known Medical Intuitive that resides within Canada.  Dr. Parkin also studied with Dr. Caroline Myss and Dr. Norm Shealy, co-founders of the art of Medical Intuition. I have completed the program and have just recently graduated in September of 2007.  I currently have an office in Calgary, Alberta, where I practice.  My practice includes: Intuitive Assessment Reports The assessment is a type-written evaluation that is performed through distance with a name and age for information and covers five main areas: Energy Balance This represents the relationship between the mind and body and tells a person how well they understand this connection. Energy Blocks This represents how well a person listens to their body and how well they apply what they know. Emotional Blocks This area represents emotional content held within the body that you may or may not be aware of.  Experiences that occurred at early ages are often not processed well and are held and stored on a subconscious level.  These emotions can often erupt and cause a person to behave in a non-productive way.  They can also manifest as physical conditions within the body. Chakras Evaluation This are presents the natural flow of energy through the main centers of the body, referred to as the "Energy Intake System."  Charka means "spinning wheel" in Sanskrit. Recommendations This area references from both the medical and holistic community to assist the client on their healing path. "Sensory Sound System" This treatment is done in person in my office.  The device transmits low frequency sound in the form of a pleasant experience while lying flat on a treatment bed as the sound frequencies vibrated throughout the body.  The physiological affect has been a profound change in the red blood cells.  On observation, through microscopy, the red blood cells alter from an aggregated condition to a healthy state after 35 minutes on the sound bed.  The science and psychology behind this device is to create a cataclysmic approach, which creates a controlled crisis within the energetics of the body.  This procedure establishes an opportunity to energetically reconstruct not only our physical and emotional environment, but also our belief systems.  Before and after each treatment the client will be able to view their red blood cells through live blood analysis. Distance Energy Healing A distance Energy Session consists of the use of healing energy transmitted to the client and can be performed remotely or within person in my office.  I energetically go into the energetic body to help facilitate the physical body in releasing energetic congestion that may be causing a clients condition.  We will then connect through telephone 24 - 48 hours after the energy session to talk about your experience.  I will also share with you what I experienced during the session from an energetic point of view.  This method can lead to healing or allowing the body to do its own healing through tools offered during the session. I look forward to integrating my practice within the Medical community and working together with health care professionals in supporting people with tools to assist them to a level of emotional and physical wellness.  My purpose as a Medical Intuitive is to facilitate people in finding their body's innate healing potential.  It is my desire that every person become empowered.  I strongly support a philosophy that a good mind/body connection can heal all.
